Area of Focus

Grief & Bereavement

I offer compassionate virtual psychotherapy for adults navigating the death of someone they love, sudden loss, anticipatory grief, and the ways bereavement can reshape everyday life.

When someone you love dies, the world you knew can suddenly feel like a place you no longer know how to live in.

In our work together, I offer a steady place where you can begin making sense of the reality of their absence, the memories that can feel both comforting and painful, and the changes grief has brought into everyday life.

I make room for grief as it is

I do not believe that you have to grieve in a particular way or reach a certain place in the process before your experience deserves support.

Grief does not follow a prescribed timeline. I will not ask you to rush toward closure, leave an important relationship behind, or force yourself to simply “move on.”

Instead, I offer room for your grief exactly as it is.

What we can explore together

In our sessions, we may explore the death of someone you love, a sudden or unexpected loss, anticipatory grief, changes in identity and relationships, difficult anniversaries or memories, or the challenge of finding your footing in a life that now feels different.

I may draw from Attachment-based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, mindfulness-based techniques, and Somatic Experiencing according to what feels useful and appropriate for you.

My role is to walk alongside you while you make sense of what has happened, honour what has been lost, and find a way to live alongside grief without erasing its importance.

Free 15-minute consultation

Let’s start with a conversation.

You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Complete this short form to request a free 15-minute consultation, and I’ll follow up so you can tell me a little about what is bringing you to therapy, ask questions, and see whether working together feels like the right fit.

Use digits and standard phone punctuation such as +, spaces, parentheses, periods, or hyphens.

You can briefly share what is bringing you to therapy and let me know whether you would prefer that I contact you by phone or email.

Please avoid including highly sensitive medical or personal information in this initial form.

Submitting this form does not create a therapist-client relationship with me. I can discuss my current availability and whether my services may be a good fit with you during our initial contact.

Practice Notice: While digital resources are openly accessible, I conduct all active psychotherapeutic sessions, intakes, and consultations strictly in English.
